**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience working with minors at risk of social exclusion. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of criminal records of a sexual nature. High motivation for working with minors. Strong capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Provide pedagogical and educational intervention with users of the educational resource. Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in assessing and developing individual or group intervention plans. Specifically implement these intervention plans within the center’s educational project. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- Full-time schedule. SHIFT WORK: \-MORNING: 08:00\-15:45 hours \-AFTERNOON: 15:30\-23:00 hours \-WEEKENDS: Saturday (09:00\-22:30\) and Sunday (09:30\-23:00\), plus one weekday recovery day of 8.5 hours. **Minimum Educational Qualification:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to collective agreement.
