This position combines on-site technical work with active commercial responsibilities, aimed at expanding the business in Huelva. Key responsibilities range from client acquisition and budget preparation to team coordination, cost control, and high-quality project delivery. Detailed planning, resource management, and supervision of work execution are required. Maintaining strong customer relationships is also essential, as the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact and provide expert advisory services. The candidate must proactively identify new business opportunities and understand market needs to foster growth. Team leadership and strong communication and negotiation skills are critical. A long-term contract is offered within a professional and evolving work environment. Compensation will be competitive and negotiated according to experience, with potential performance-based incentives. Necessary tools for job execution—including a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop—will be provided, along with initial training to ensure smooth onboarding and professional development.
