We are looking to hire a candidate with technical experience in the automotive industry, suitable for both appraisal and workshop management profiles who wish to evolve into a role with greater technical responsibility, coordination, and decision-making authority over repairs. The position focuses on the technical review and validation of repairs, analysis of repair estimates, and coordination with the mechanical team to ensure quality, consistency, and high work standards at a multi-brand dealership. If you come from a workshop background and are interested in taking on a more technical and organizational role—where you can contribute your hands-on experience and professional judgment daily—we would like to meet you. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Technical review and validation of repair estimates (mechanical, electrical, and bodywork) * Technical-economic analysis of assessments carried out by partner workshops * Technical coordination and follow-up with mechanics and workshops to ensure proper execution of repairs * Direct communication with workshop professionals to resolve technical queries and align repair criteria * Provision of technical judgment from a workshop manager’s perspective to ensure consistency, quality, and timely repairs * Collaboration with the internal team in managing technical incidents * Preparation and review of technical reports * Monitoring of quality standards and continuous process improvement **What are we looking for?** * Education in automotive engineering or substantial hands-on workshop experience * Experience as a workshop manager, appraiser, technical advisor, or similar roles * Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and repair processes * Analytical ability and technical judgment to validate repairs * Proficiency with computer tools and management platforms * A solution-oriented, analytical profile with strong communication skills **What do we offer?** * Permanent full-time contract * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 (including lunch break), and Friday, 08:00–15:00 * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €30,000, depending on experience and professional profile Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €26,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
