A person is needed for a receptionist position with computer skills. The person will join an important company in the technology sector based in Lleida. Main responsibilities will include direct customer service, providing technical support when necessary. It will also be required to write detailed reports on detected failures for the programming team and closely follow up on support cases opened with clients, ensuring efficient management.
