Description
We are seeking a psychologist to support users and their families by assessing their psychological support and care needs. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing therapeutic plans, advising staff and family members, and conducting both individual and group psychotherapy sessions. Psychological reports are prepared in accordance with the service's action plan; classes, groups, and schedules are organized; and progress of each user is monitored to safeguard their emotional well-being.
The individual's overall development is assessed using evaluation tests and observation, enabling the establishment of an individualized intervention or adaptation program based on identified needs. Additionally, participation in research activities related to psychological processes is expected, as well as the design of conferences or articles for publication.
The position includes fulfilling quality control and monitoring procedures in compliance with current regulations. The contract is temporary, with working hours to be determined and an annual gross salary between 18.001 and 24.000 euros.
