We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\. **Project Coordination and Management** * **Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams** (engineering, environment, legal, finance, commercial, construction, and operation & maintenance). * Support all phases of the project lifecycle: feasibility studies, preparation of RFQ/RFP, pre-construction, development, and initial execution phases. * Ensure timely preparation, consolidation, and submission of **technical and commercial deliverables**. * Monitor **project scheduling**, risks, budget, and milestones. **2\. Client and Stakeholder Relations** * Act as Sacyr’s **primary representative** before partners, clients, advisors, public administrations, and other stakeholders. * Develop and maintain **strategic relationships** with utilities, regulatory bodies, institutions, and potential partners. * Coordinate external consultants’ work in technical, environmental, financial, legal, and communications areas. **3\. Technical and Contractual Support** * Participate in the **review of process designs**, treatment capacities, mass balances, performance guarantees, and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate in the **preparation and review of contractual documents**, scopes of work, proposals, risk matrices, and procurement strategies. * Ensure compliance with **international best practices** in the sector, client requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks. **4\. Reporting and Internal Coordination** * Prepare **progress reports**, meeting minutes, decision logs, and internal presentations. * Participate in internal **governance processes**, such as proposal approvals and project reviews. **5\. Market Intelligence and Business Development** * Identify **business opportunities in the U.S. water concession market** under PPP/P3 models and in other strategic regions. * Support the **early assessment of opportunities**, potential alliances, and consortium structuring. * Represent Sacyr at sector-specific events, meetings, and forums as required. **We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * University degree in **Engineering** (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial or related), Project Management, or related fields. * Professional **English** (C2\). * Minimum **5\-10 years’ experience** in infrastructure project development or project management, preferably in the water sector. * Experience coordinating **complex, multidisciplinary, and international teams**. * Prior experience in public\-private partnership (**PPP**/P3\) models or large-scale public investment programs will be highly valued. * Solid knowledge of **water treatment processes** (seawater desalination via reverse osmosis SWRO, potable water production, and wastewater treatment). * Ability to interpret **engineering documentation**, schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structures, project scopes, and financial inputs. * Knowledge of **permitting**, **regulatory**, and environmental assessment processes will be valued. * Autonomy, leadership, stakeholder management, and cultural adaptability. **What do we offer?** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity and recognition initiatives. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * The opportunity to join a dynamic workplace guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
