We are seeking a Project Process Engineer to lead the launch of new products at our production plant. You will be part of a highly technological industrial environment, responsible for bridging design phases with industrialization and production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
What will you do?
Lead the deployment of new products from the design phase through to production at the plant.
Manage industrial projects, controlling schedules, technical milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across R\+D, engineering, and operations.
Collaborate in defining and optimizing production processes.
Participate in designing workflows, tooling, test stations, and industrial equipment.
Monitor processes using KPIs and apply continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S).
What are we looking for in you?

✅ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
✅ At least 3 years’ experience in industrializing complex products (defense, aerospace, or automotive).
✅ Experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Knowledge of process monitoring, continuous improvement, and tools such as KPIs, Kaizen, or 5S.
✅ Advanced level of English.
✅ High proactivity, autonomy, and decision-making capability.
**✅ Desirable:**
Experience with SAP (production, materials management, or procurement modules).
Knowledge of electronics and/or radiofrequency.
**✅ Technical and Functional Knowledge:**
Knowledge of industrial processes, process engineering, and production methods (basic to intermediate level).
Ability to generate assembly instructions and technical documentation.
Participation in defining manufacturing tooling and routing sheets.
Experience in defining methods, cycle times, and optimization of production processes.
