Description
We are looking for a **Pool Covers Technical Agent** to join the Covers & Sat Network (Customer Service) department, managing all requests related to pool cover products while ensuring excellent technical, administrative, and logistical support. The key objective of this role is to guarantee an agile, accurate, and satisfying experience for every customer, meeting Fluidra’s established service standards.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
* The successful candidate will be an essential liaison between customers, suppliers, external technical service providers (SAT), and internal teams. You will contribute to:
* Maximizing customer satisfaction through high-level technical support.
* Improving the efficiency of product cover management, tracking, and analysis processes.
* Sustaining the growth and excellence of the Customer Service area within Fluidra.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Manage inquiries, quotations, and orders for pool covers, analyzing technical drawings and specifications to configure customized solutions.
* Support and advise internal and external customers, providing technical assistance and resolving incidents.
* Coordinate purchasing, stock management, and cost control, maintaining direct contact with suppliers.
* Plan and coordinate product delivery logistics.
* Continuously manage and communicate with external technical service providers (SAT) to monitor and follow up on service interventions.
* Analyze spare parts requirements and monitor stock levels, ensuring adherence to service standard timelines.
* Record information, generate reports, and track KPIs to measure performance and propose improvements.
* Document administrative procedures and support daily departmental operations.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
* Higher Vocational Training or Technical Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical departments or SAT roles in similar positions.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with service management tools (e.g., Salesforce Service or similar).
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., AS400 or others).
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
* Customer satisfaction focus.
* Effective communication in dynamic environments.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, SAT, customers, internal teams).
