Profile: PLASTIC INJECTION Experience: MINIMUM 6 MONTHS Job Description We are looking for a candidate with experience as a plastic injection specialist operator. Responsibilities Main responsibilities include: * Prepare the tampography machine: check ink levels, verify plates, setup, and machine startup. * Assist the Injection Technician in ink changes. * Granulate change. * Remove burrs from parts. * Separate good (usable) parts from defective (discarded) ones. * Verify injected plastic parts according to quality standards. * Record defects into the quality database. * Grinding. * Manage incoming and outgoing goods flow in the warehouse (warehouse in\-out). * Weigh parts supplied by subcontractors. * Package inspected parts. * Process packaging vouchers. * Labeling. * Delivery notes. * Cleaning and organization of workstation and workplace. * Compliance with Quality System requirements. * Waste segregation and responsible use of natural resources. * Compliance with environmental regulations both within the company and external organizations. * Compliance with occupational health and safety measures. * Delegate relevant duties in management or production processes during planned absences.
