Multigremio / Handyman - Self-employed Collaborator

Business Ready S.L., a comprehensive maintenance management company with over 18 years of experience and more than 500 active clients across Spain, is expanding its network of collaborators in Seville. IMPORTANT: This is not an employment offer under an employment contract. We are seeking self-employed professionals or small businesses that invoice their services. No employment contract or Social Security registration will be provided; this is a stable and ongoing commercial collaboration. Who are we looking for? One or two multiskilled professionals (handymen) based in Valencia and surrounding areas, capable of performing masonry, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, and general repairs at our clients' facilities. What do we offer? * Recurrent work throughout the year: corrective repairs, urgent interventions, and preventive maintenance. * Organized management via our BR\-Service platform, featuring clear and traceable work orders. * Guaranteed punctual payment: within 30 days, with fixed payment dates on the 15th and 30th of each month. * Technical support from our team (building surveyors and engineers). * Proven financial solvency (Axesor scoring 8/10, minimal risk). * You propose your rates; we jointly review them, and if they are not aligned, we present our proposal. Requirements: * Registration as a self-employed individual or incorporation as a company. * Valid civil liability insurance. * Up-to-date tax and Social Security payments. * Availability to respond to service requests in the Seville area. * Desirable: Current PRL documentation (grants access to larger-volume assignments).
