Promotion of adaptive and pre-employment skills Country Spain Province Cerdanyola del Vallès \- Barcelona Application Deadline 31/07/2026 Category Direct Care **Information about the NGO** Fundació Els Xiprers **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 98.53% **info** **Objective** ------------ Tutor Educator for an Occupational Center. **Permanent contract** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** (including a 30-minute lunch break) **Vacation: 30 days in August plus 15 working days** throughout the year (distributed among Christmas, Easter, and long weekends) \+ public holidays. **Salary: €2,033 per month / 12 payments** (collective agreement for Catalan workshops) Work with adults with ASD in an Occupational Center setting; intervention in basic adaptive skills (Communication, Autonomy, Community Integration, Activities of Daily Living, Behavior) and pre-employment skills. You will be responsible for one group at the Occupational Center, maintaining continuous coordination with the rest of the technical team. Among other duties: ensuring continuity and ongoing updating of each user’s Individual Intervention Program; direct communication with families; participation in team meetings; supervision and follow-up, as required, of assigned assistants. **Profile:** Proven experience in intervention with adolescents and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in services applying Cognitive-Behavioral approaches. Experience in intervention with adults with Conduct Disorder and in developing and implementing intervention programs. Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication systems, and experience in their implementation.
