Your role:
As Commercial Performance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying trends and deviations in commercial performance, proposing corrective actions, and coordinating their implementation across various departments and stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key role in commercial data management and governance, driving consistency, transparency, and quality of information used in decision-making.
Responsibilities/Functions:
* Monitor commercial results, ensuring early detection of sales performance deviations, conducting root-cause analysis, and defining and implementing corrective actions.
* Coordinate the commercial tactical agenda, ensuring alignment across company departments to implement defined actions for correcting performance deviations.
* Conduct business planning and budgeting exercises, cascading revenue and profitability targets down to routes and sales channels.
* Translate data into actionable insights and performance indicators via dashboards, reports, and metrics to facilitate performance management.
* Collaborate with Data and Transformation teams to ensure commercial information quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Your challenges:
* Promote effective communication and alignment between commercial departments and support teams (Data, Strategy, Finance, IT).
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing analytical processes, reporting tools, and planning methodologies.
* Serve as the reference point for commercial performance analysis, fostering a data-driven culture and informed decision-making across the organization.
* Work with our international partner airlines to reach consensus on reasons for commercial performance outcomes or future objectives.
Your qualifications:
* University degree (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or performance analysis environments, preferably in the aviation sector.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in cross-departmental project management and coordination among multiple collaborators.
* Experience managing teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, cross-functional leadership, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, influence, and impact.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Minimum upper-intermediate level of English.
