Maintenance Manager

Hotel Alicante Golf is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the technical department of the establishment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are in perfect condition, contributing to delivering a high-quality experience to our guests. **Main responsibilities:** * Organize, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance team. * Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor and oversee facilities: HVAC, electricity, plumbing, swimming pools, fire protection systems (PCI), etc. * Manage incidents and breakdowns, ensuring prompt resolution. * Coordinate with external suppliers and technical service companies. * Control departmental costs, budgets, and purchases. * Supervise compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry. * Technical knowledge in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Experience managing teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and organized individual. * Technical training (Vocational Training, Engineering or equivalent) is a plus. **We offer:** * Joining an established hotel in Alicante. * Job stability. * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Positive work environment and professional team. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
