We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for an automotive sector plant. The main responsibility is to ensure optimal operation of the facilities while complying with safety, environmental, quality, and energy management standards. This role manages corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance operations to minimize downtime and optimize machinery and equipment performance. It also contributes to short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning. Human and financial resource management within the department is essential. The candidate supervises assigned personnel, controls the budget, and works with metrics such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF. Coordination with the environmental department is required to report significant changes, supervise safety and environmental improvements, and oversee cleaning and security services. Additionally, monthly energy consumption reports are prepared. Environmental management system requirements are integrated into operational processes, continuous improvement is promoted, and necessary corrective and preventive actions are supported. The role also manages the warehouse and spare parts, and serves as the head of the first-response team. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification is required. Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in similar positions, demonstrating team management capability. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory; knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage. A B2 level of spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PLCs, and ISO 50001:2018 standard is desirable. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are expected.
