At Pierre \& Vacances, Europe's leading tourist accommodation provider, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and eager-to-learn **Maintenance Assistant**, who wishes to join a team dedicated to caring for both its customers and its professionals. **Your Mission** You will participate—under supervision and with limited autonomy—in the establishment’s preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, supporting the technical team to ensure the proper condition of facilities, equipment, and premises. **Your Responsibilities** You will be part of the team responsible for maintaining the establishment’s facilities in perfect condition. Your main duties will include: * Assisting in basic maintenance tasks. * Collaborating in technical interventions following instructions from responsible staff. * Proper use of tools and equipment, maintaining order and safety at work. * Reporting identified incidents to area supervisors. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Assisting in preparing materials and organizing work areas. * Supporting light maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas. * Replenishing simple technical consumables (light bulbs, batteries, etc.). * Recording and reporting incidents identified during the shift. * Assisting in routine inspections of basic installations. * Collaborating in basic inventory control of spare parts and materials. * Using computer tools at a user level for daily management. REQUIREMENTS * Basic technical knowledge in general maintenance. * Prior experience in maintenance or similar roles is desirable. * Ability to follow instructions and learn technical tasks. * Safe handling of basic tools. * Responsibility, organization, and willingness to work as part of a team.
