Collaborate in staff training and prepare management reports **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Team Leaders to support the technical and administrative management of employment training programs, on-the-job training, and professional competence accreditation programs in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Act as liaison with project management regarding activities to be carried out. * Distribute tasks among personnel assigned to execute the assignment. * Provide work orders and instructions to assigned personnel as necessary for service delivery. * Supervise proper performance by team members of their assigned functions. * Conduct daily quality controls on work performed by team members. * Monitor attendance of such personnel at the workplace. * Track productivity. * Collaborate in staff training. * Personnel management duties (vacation management, workload allocation, timekeeping control, etc.). * Prepare management reports. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the data declared in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official Spanish university degree: Bachelor’s, Engineering, Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree \+ Official Master’s (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 9 months’ professional experience managing teams of 5 or more people. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience of 6 to 12 months performing duties as Team Leader for recording or processing teams handling administrative files of the Community of Madrid. * Professional experience of 6 to 12 months performing duties as Team Leader or supporting coordination of teams of 7 or more people within the last 3 years. * Professional experience of 3 to 9 months using software applications for electronic file management in public administration. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. + Possibility of up to 50% remote work for energy saving.
