




At K\-Infotec we are selecting, for an important client focused on providing solutions in cloud infrastructure and services, three IT Support technicians to be based in Valencia. We need the candidate to have at least one year of experience providing technical support and resolving incidents, primarily first-level support. Specific responsibilities will include: * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems * Managing user account creation and deletion in Active Directory/Google * Managing users and groups in Workspace * Managing email accounts and mailboxes * Remote support in incident resolution * Resolving antivirus-related incidents * On-site support (workstation setup, repairs, installations, configurations, etc.) * Configuration and troubleshooting of office tools (Office 365, web browsers, email clients) * Configuration of peripherals and drivers * Equipment and device connectivity * Configuration of VPN clients * Equipment deployment * Knowledge of Veeam Backup This is a stable position. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Salary band: €17\.500 gross annually. Position type: Full-time, permanent contract Salary: €17\.500.00 per year Job location: On-site
