**IT Support Technician (Helpdesk)**
**Ebury Office in León \- Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote work per week**
The Service Desk department is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT systems, as well as delivering efficient desktop support to all business users. The department handles the swift and effective resolution of any IT-related issues, covering a broad range of inquiries — from configuring an email account to diagnosing systems — and continuously improving and developing the internal IT infrastructure.
**The Role**
The technician will deliver effective IT support across all areas of the business. They will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the network infrastructure, including telephony and desktop operating systems, as well as general maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of cloud-based infrastructures, as well as technology-related projects and activities. Travel to other Ebury offices worldwide will be required, sometimes at short notice.
##### **What You’ll Do**
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows, Chrome, Mac, and Linux devices.
* Provide local and remote desktop support to over 2,000 users across 51 offices worldwide.
* Configure and prepare new laptops and desktop computers.
* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with HR and IT procedures.
* Deliver technology training to internal end users.
* Manage and execute internal user relocations (workstation moves).
* Create purchase requests for IT hardware and software.
* Carry out small- to medium-sized IT projects as assigned.
##### **Other Responsibilities**
* Prepare documentation when required.
* Provide assistance and support to colleagues on IT-related matters.
* Ensure a consistently high level of service and support is delivered to all internal and external users at all times.
##### **What You’ll Need**
* Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and Chrome OS operating systems.
* Intermediate knowledge of networking and cloud technologies.
* Google Workspace applications and products.
* MS Office.
* **Fluency in written and spoken English.**
##### **Desirable Experience**
* ITIL.
