CPD Infrastructure Technician – Tres Cantos

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform basic operations, asset management, and communications cabling services in a CPD, with experience in IT services and infrastructure management tools. Performing basic operational activities in the CPD. * Daily physical inspection of CPD components. * Support for service requests, incidents, and changes. * Access control to technical rooms. 2\. Management and maintenance of physical assets in the CPD and technical rooms. * Receiving and storing equipment (servers, switches, storage cabinets, etc.). * Asset inventory. * Equipment installation and cabling; cable dressing in rooms. 3\. Communications cabling service. * Installation, expansion, or modification of structured cabling and associated infrastructure: Commscope Intelligent Cabling. * Use of ImVisión tool. * Labeling, inventory, control, and documentation of structured cabling and related components. * Installation and removal of racks, cabinets, and associated components. * Control and assignment of data network electronics ports. * Cable routing inventory and documentation. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in service or installation companies, within the IT sector or CPD environments. * Experience with automated infrastructure management tools (ImVision by CommScope preferred). * Service and incident management or ticketing tools: BMC Helix Remedy. * Collaborative communication tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Webex. * Basic Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Weekend shifts. * On-site position.
