What are we looking for? Job Description At BABEL, we seek to hire a Project Manager experienced in managing and leading infrastructure and IT systems projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards in demanding technological environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring infrastructure and IT systems projects, coordinating both with technical teams and business stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination, and control of all project phases. * Monitoring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. * Management of technical teams and support to functional leads. * Quality and risk management of the project. * Client liaison and project progress reporting. * Participation in effort estimation, scope definition, and technical proposals. Requirements: * University degree or Higher Vocational Training (FPG Superior) in Computer Science or related field. * Proven experience in infrastructure and IT systems project management (minimum 8 years). * Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. * Experience managing technical teams and coordinating with clients. * Ability to document, plan, and communicate effectively. * Experience in hyperconvergence, databases, DevOps, or communications is desirable. * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are desirable. * Intermediate/advanced level of English.
