Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with specialization in MEP to develop building projects and supervise construction works in Zaragoza, playing a key technical liaison role with clients. We seek to hire an **Industrial Engineer with MEP specialization**, possessing solid experience in building projects, to support the development of our activities in Zaragoza. This person will play a key role in technical liaison with clients, in the development of installation projects, and in the monitoring and supervision of construction works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical liaison with clients. * Development and supervision of technical documentation for installation projects (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, hydraulic). * Monitoring and supervision of construction works in coordination with Architecture, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering. * Participation in audits and technical reports related to projects. * Coordination with technical resources to meet project requirements. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering. * Minimum 6 years of experience as an installation design engineer (mechanical and electrical) in industrial, residential, hotel, commercial, and office buildings. * Experience in engineering consultancy. * Extensive knowledge of design and construction management for electrical installations, low-voltage systems, HVAC, fire protection, and hydraulic systems. * Proficiency in standard user-level software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
