Description
LUZA Group is seeking an **HVAC Installation Engineer with experience in designing and developing air-conditioning systems for residential projects**, particularly focused on high-energy-efficiency and sustainable solutions.
The selected candidate will participate in new-build residential construction projects, developing technical solutions related to air conditioning, ventilation, and efficient energy generation.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and calculation of air-conditioning installations for residential developments.
* Technical development of solutions for:
* o Air-to-water heat pumps
* o Radiant/cooling floor systems
* o Domestic hot water (DHW) generation
* o Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
* Preparation of technical reports, drawings, and installation documentation.
* Coordination with architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
* Supervision of regulatory compliance regarding installations and energy efficiency.
* Participation in Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (NZEB), Passivhaus, and other high-energy-efficiency development projects.
Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Prior experience in HVAC installation design and calculation for residential projects.
* Solid knowledge of the Spanish Thermal Installations Regulation (RITE) and Building Technical Code (CTE).
* Experience with air-to-water systems and efficient air-conditioning solutions.
* Proficiency in technical calculation and installation design tools.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in Passivhaus or nearly zero-energy building projects.
* Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency applied to building construction.
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and attention to technical detail.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile.
