Currently, at ***Citius Outsourcing***, we are seeking to hire a **HOTEL ASSISTANT MANAGER** for a service located in Getafe. * Plan shifts and size the team according to occupancy. * Lead, train, and supervise cleaning staff. * Monitor productivity and report daily results. * Ensure compliance with internal protocols and hotel standards. * Conduct quality inspections and manage inventories. * Serve as the primary liaison with hotel management. * Supervise timekeeping, absences, and vacations. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and sustainability standards. * Coordinate with the HR department for administrative team management. ***We offer:*** * **Salary:** €17,972.50 Gross Annual * **Contract:** Fixed-term for three months with possible renewal. * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week And most importantly: become part of a professional team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment!
