What you will be doing As a **Helpdesk Engineer** within the **Digital Workplace** team, your mission will be to provide support to one of our clients by resolving incidents and requests related to the workstation. Your responsibilities will include: * Resolving incidents (first and second level) or escalating incidents/queries received based on complexity level or responsible area, acting as the first point of contact for users and providing support to first-level technicians in Europe and LATAM. * Managing user accounts (Domain, Accounts, passwords, VPN, ...) * Providing office software support to users, either on-site or remotely. * Performing security tasks (disk backups, recovery of information files) handling sensitive files under LOPD regulations, antivirus, etc.). * Performing comprehensive hardware maintenance at first/second level (computers, switches, routers, ..) * Monitoring network and infrastructure monitoring platforms and early warning systems. * Comprehensive hardware and software maintenance (creation, deletion, modification, configuration) at Headquarters\-Spain. * Managing the Microsoft 365 tenant (Admin, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) * Participating in Service Desk area projects. * Maximizing the availability of computer equipment. * Minimizing response times for incidents raised by different users, ensuring a high degree of user satisfaction. * Implementing new applications and projects on schedule. * Writing, editing and reviewing training manuals for new and updated computer programs and equipment. Documentation of processes and protocols.
