Collaboration within a nearby, professional sociosanitary team **Gerocultor/a – Full-time \| La Laguna** Description At Cataleya, we are looking to hire a gerocultor/a to join our sociosanitary team in La Laguna. The selected candidate will integrate into a professional, supportive, and well-being–oriented environment centered on caring for elderly individuals. **Responsibilities** * Attention and care for elderly people * Support with basic activities of daily living * Accompaniment and supervision of users * Collaboration with the center’s sociosanitary team * Promotion of well-being and personalized care **Conditions** * Full-time position * Substitute contract * Immediate start * Position located in La Laguna **Essential Requirements** * Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or Nursing Assistant Technician qualification * Ability to work with empathy, respect, and closeness toward users and their families * Responsibility and capacity for teamwork **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the sociosanitary field * Vocation for caring for elderly people * Immediate availability **Additional Information** We seek committed individuals with sensitivity toward the care and well-being of elderly people and the ability to integrate into a supportive, professional team.
