Main Responsibilities: * Assist with personal hygiene and grooming. * Support feeding and hydration. * Assist with mobilization and postural changes. * Facilitate dressing and personal appearance. * Observe and report physical or emotional changes in service users. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Encourage participation in leisure and stimulation activities. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. * Safeguard the safety, dignity, and rights of those receiving care. * Implement the individualized care plan established for each resident. * Record performed activities. * Monitor common areas and set up and supervise dining rooms. * Maintain order in bedrooms and other facilities. * Collaborate with the Leisure Activities Coordinator in organizing leisure and recreational activities. * Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Team in performing ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and therapies. **Profile:** * Social-Healthcare Assistance to Dependent Persons in Institutions * Nursing Assistant * Technical Assistant in Nursing Care **Competencies:** Learning ability, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Medium-Level Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** Not required **Start Date:** 16/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
