Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary! **Job Description** We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food \& Beverage Operations \& Administrative Intern to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Food \& Beverage Management team, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on experience across all F\&B outlets while developing a strong understanding of the administrative and commercial aspects of hotel operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a well\-rounded career in Food \& Beverage by combining operational exposure with administrative responsibilities. More specifically: Administrative \& Management Support * Provide administrative support to the Food \& Beverage leadership team in their day\-to\-day activities. * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Help maintain and update menus, product information, pricing, and POS systems. * Assist with departmental documentation, procedures, and internal communications. * Support the preparation of presentations and business reviews for management meetings. Scheduling \& Workforce Planning * Support managers in the preparation and maintenance of team schedules and staffing plans. * Ensure scheduling information is accurately updated and communicated. Operational Exposure \& Outlet Support: * Gain practical experience across several Food \& Beverage outlets, supporting daily operations and service delivery. * Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation. * Approach guests and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements. * Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. * To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. * To be knowledgeable about products available. * Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service. * Support the implementation of brand standards and service excellence initiatives. **Qualifications*** You´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field. * You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months. * Education: Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of hotel food \& beverage systems and software is a plus. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Multitasking \& Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment with a keen eye for detail. * Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to the unique culture and standards at SLS Barcelona. * Positive Attitude: A humble, open\-minded individual with a collaborative approach who thrives in a dynamic team environment.
