Field Support Technician - Temporary

At **Logicalis**, we are looking to hire a **Field Support Technician** to provide on-site user support and resolve incidents and requests related to microcomputer support. **Responsibilities:** * On-site user support and resolution of incidents and requests related to microcomputer support. * Installation, configuration, and commissioning of computer equipment. * Maintenance, repair, and replacement of PC components, printers, and workstation peripherals. * Maintenance and support of peripherals such as scanners, barcode readers, card readers, among others. * Support and resolution of incidents related to Windows operating systems. * Remote management and support using remote control tools. * Support related to LDAP directories. * Support and resolution of incidents related to Microsoft Office and Office 365\. * Occasional travel as required. **Requirements:** * Experience in on-site user support and resolution of incidents and requests related to microcomputer support. * Knowledge of LDAP directories. * Familiarity with remote control tools. * In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007\-2019 and Office 365\. * Experience in maintenance, repair, and replacement of PC components, printers, and peripherals. * Experience in installation and configuration of computer equipment. * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle**, required for travel during on-call shifts. * No on-call shifts are scheduled initially, but they may become necessary after several months. **What do we offer at Logicalis Spain?** Logicalis Spain is an international group with over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, engaged in large-scale projects and services in Data Centers, Cybersecurity, and Analytics. * **Temporary** position. * Mode: On-site in Barcelona. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Holiday on your birthday \+ personal day. * Opportunity to enroll in flexible compensation plans (meal card, transportation card, childcare). * Private medical insurance, Wellhub. * Significant discounts on various services and training programs available to Logicalis employees (retail, electronics, travel, etc.). * Role-specific training and certifications. * Professional development through cutting-edge projects and current market technologies.
