Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant holding a qualification in Social Integration or Social Education, with experience working with at-risk minors, to serve as a reference figure and provide direct care. Key Points: 1. Reference figure for children, adolescents, and their families. 2. Direct care and support for minors, ensuring their rights. 3. Promoting minors’ understanding of their personal and family identity. **We seek candidates holding a qualification in Social Integration or Social Education**, with at least 2 years’ experience working with minors under protection or at risk of social exclusion. **Immediate availability required.** **Contract: Until 31 August.** **Working hours: Full-time** **Position category: Educational Technical Assistant** **Schedule: Various shifts covered — day shift, evening shift, or night shift. Work is scheduled from Monday to Sunday.** **Location: Across our various residential homes throughout the Community of Madrid.** Main Responsibilities: \- Serve as a reference figure for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as for professionals involved in intervention, guaranteeing humane and professional treatment that meets their needs and supports recovery from harm suffered. \- Provide direct care, supervision, guidance, professional judgment, and support to children and adolescents, ensuring respect for their rights and compliance with legal regulations concerning child and adolescent protection. \- Listen to, assess, facilitate, support, and back up minors, channeling their impulses and containing them through work grounded in their own experiences; acting as calming figures in all situations causing them concern or distress, including matters related to schooling and leisure culture, while providing information and pathways to learning. \- Promote children’s and adolescents’ understanding of their personal and family identity as a fundamental element for their healthy development, encouraging beneficial contacts and relationships, and ensuring their realization. \- Participate in and organize educational tasks in coordination with the entire professional team intervening with the minor, in order to establish measurable operational objectives across all developmental areas.
