Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant to accompany and support minors under protection who are at risk of social exclusion, providing direct care and fostering their personal development and identity. Promotes personal development and identity formation in minors **We seek candidates holding a degree in Social Integration or Social Education** and with at least 2 years of experience working with minors under protection who are at risk of social exclusion. **Immediate availability required.** **Contract: Summer period.** **Work schedule: Full-time** **Position category: Educational Technical Assistant** **Working hours: Various shifts are covered — day shift, evening shift, or night shift. Work is scheduled from Monday to Sunday.** **Work locations: Across our residential facilities throughout the Community of Madrid.** Main Responsibilities: \- Serve as a reference figure for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as for professionals involved in interventions, ensuring humane and professional treatment that meets their needs and supports recovery from harm suffered. \- Provide direct care, supervision, guidance, professional judgment, and support to children, adolescents, and young people, guaranteeing respect for their rights and compliance with legal regulations concerning child and adolescent protection. \- Listen to, assess, facilitate, support, and back up minors; channel their impulses; contain them by working through their own experiences; act as calming figures in all situations causing concern or distress — including academic matters and leisure culture — while providing information and pathways to learning. \- Foster in children, adolescents, and young people an understanding of their personal and family identity as a fundamental element for healthy development, encouraging beneficial contacts and relationships, and ensuring their realization. \- Participate in and organize educational tasks in coordination with the entire multidisciplinary team working with the minor, establishing measurable operational objectives across all developmental domains.
