We are looking for **Digital Competence Specialists** who enjoy designing online training, creating multimedia content, and supporting legal and technical professionals in using key applications. **What do we need?** * University degree (Bachelor's, Engineer's, or Master's), with a Master's or studies related to change management; foreign degrees must be **officially recognized in Spain**. Experience * Designing multimedia didactic content for online training, defining gamification strategies, and using content creation tools. * Using authoring tools such as Articulate, Adapt Learning, Captivate, Camtasia, i\-Spring, or similar. * Working in judicial or legal environments with domain-specific applications, demonstrating proven knowledge of such solutions. * Delivering training on these applications, covering areas within the team such as procedural management, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and cross-functional services. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will be the person connecting advanced digital systems with the daily reality of their users—combining expert support and training. Your main responsibilities will include: * Resolving specific interactions related to DGTDAJ systems, acting as the go-to reference when others require functional and training-oriented insight. * Supporting other CAU technicians when a more pedagogical explanation or a digital competence–oriented approach is needed. * Designing and delivering online, express, or scheduled training, following the Digital Competence Area’s guidelines and adapting content to the language and time constraints of target audiences. This role is for someone who enjoys creating materials, speaking clearly and simply, and witnessing people’s journey from "I don’t know where to start" to "I’ve got this under control."
