Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Public Works Engineer to manage procurement, economic analysis, and technical supervision of construction projects, organizing personnel and resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement and technical supervision of work units. 2. Analyzes the economic evolution of costs and adjusts to budget. 3. Organizes technical and administrative personnel according to construction planning. **Company Description** Cubivalsa S.L. is a construction company headquartered in Madrid with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector. **Position Description** * Proposes the optimal option for procuring work units and services from suppliers and subcontractors, based on bid analysis; once the proposal is approved, proceeds with contracting. * Conducts economic analysis of cost indicator evolution for projects under responsibility, verifying alignment with budget. * Provides technical supervision of all work units, maintaining direct contact with the site manager. * Schedules tasks according to construction planning, organizing assigned technical and administrative personnel. **Requirements** * Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works Engineering * Planning capability to organize construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently. * Knowledge of materials management and prior experience in managing construction resources. * Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts aligned with project objectives. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD, Presto) and Occupational Risk Prevention. **Conditions** * Permanent full-time contract. * Opportunity to grow within a growing company.
