We are currently seeking **1 Construction Site Manager / Preventive Resource** to join an established company in the construction sector, participating in the simultaneous execution of various renovation and small-scale building projects across Catalonia. ### **What will your mission be?** You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily execution of assigned construction sites, acting as direct support to the Site Manager and ensuring proper progress of work, coordination of subcontractors, and adherence to the established schedule. You will manage several projects simultaneously, maintaining a constant on-site presence and fluid communication with all involved parties. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Supervise and conduct daily follow-up of assigned construction sites. * Support the Site Manager in project coordination and control. * Monitor compliance with the established schedule and identify potential deviations. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors across various trades (masonry, painting, metal carpentry, installations, among others). * Maintain relationships with suppliers and track deliveries. * Attend client meetings when necessary. * Resolve technical execution issues and coordinate with the Technical Management team to clarify construction-related matters. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and preventive measures. * Gradually assume greater responsibilities within project management. ### **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience as a **Construction Site Manager** in building, rehabilitation, or renovation projects. * Completion of a **60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course and/or Masonry training**, mandatory for serving as a Preventive Resource. * Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate several projects simultaneously. * Experience in construction planning and progress monitoring. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between different construction sites. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and capacity to resolve incidents. * Immediate availability to start. ### **What do we offer?** * Employment with a solid and growing company. * Involvement in renovation and small-scale building projects with budgets ranging from €1 million to €2 million. * Job stability and a long-term professional development path. * Opportunity to progressively advance toward roles closer to Site Management. * A dynamic, professional, and collaborative work environment. * Flexibility and autonomy in organizing your work, depending on project needs. ### **Conditions** * **Standard working hours:** **08:00–17:00**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites located in **Barcelona, Girona, and Tarragona**. * Occasionally and very exceptionally, weekend availability may be required, compensated later with time off.
