




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide comprehensive production management for construction projects, supporting the Site Manager in planning, organization, and supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive production management for civil works, building construction, and new construction projects. 2. Coordination of teams and subcontractors, technical control, and materials management. 3. Economic and cost monitoring, and regulatory compliance. We seek a candidate to fully manage production across various construction projects, including civil works, residential building construction, and new construction. This position involves providing direct support to the Site Manager. The role entails meticulous planning, efficient organization of all resources, and detailed supervision of work execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, with optimal quality, and full safety assurance at all times. Main responsibilities include daily coordination of teams and subcontractors; technical control of construction through measurements and layout surveys; and close monitoring of construction processes. Materials management—from forecasting to control—will also be handled, along with participation in economic and cost monitoring, as well as certification processing. Regulatory compliance is essential. Attention will be paid to safety, especially in height-related work, and to incident resolution. Periodic progress reports on construction works will be prepared. Experience in residential housing and height-related work, as well as technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation, will be valued. The candidate must be highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple concurrent work fronts. Minimum 3 years’ experience in production management, site supervisor, or similar roles in civil works, building construction, or new construction. Specific experience in residential housing and height-related projects will be valued. Solid technical knowledge of traditional construction methods and construction processes. Ability to interpret drawings, perform measurements, and manage technical documentation. Proficiency in computer tools such as Sigrid, Presto, and AutoCAD. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Community of Madrid are required.
