The Group covers all transport, logistics, and information systems activities for all temperature-controlled flows. **STEF Alcalá** is seeking a local rigid truck driver. This is an operational role within the transport department, where you will carry out routes while ensuring maximum service reliability. **Your Mission:** You must deliver goods according to instructions provided by our customers, meeting quality standards and ensuring uninterrupted cold-chain integrity. Your main responsibilities include: * Transporting cargo in vehicles along designated routes; deliveries/pickups within assigned areas. * Adhering to service quality standards, respecting customer-specific requirements regarding temperature, packaging, and transport conditions. * Managing transport-related IT tools to ensure accurate reporting of information. * Recording and communicating any incidents occurring during routes or deliveries. * Contributing to the company’s continuous improvement processes. **What We Are Looking For:** * You must hold a Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) and a Category C+E driving license. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles is desirable. * Experience in temperature-controlled transport is desirable. * Prior experience executing local transport routes is mandatory. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract (indefinite-term contract). * Terms and conditions in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. * Rotating weekday schedule (Monday to Friday), morning/afternoon shifts (4–13h and 13–22h). * Driving a company-owned rigid truck. **What Sets Us Apart?** Being a driver at STEF offers the opportunity to develop specific competencies in team management, acquire technical knowledge in specialized operations, and progress professionally. **Joining STEF Also Means:** Becoming part of a human-scale subsidiary within a dynamic Group offering career progression opportunities.
