Additionally, we have diversified our operations through specialized divisions focused on water management, waste management, renewable energy, and building rehabilitation, operating in countries such as Mexico, Poland, and Spain. **What will be your mission?** As a member of the building construction division and in constant coordination with the site management team, you will be responsible for comprehensively managing the housing customization and improvement program during the pre-sale/construction phase, as well as leading the post-sales service after handover. Your objective will be to ensure maximum end-customer satisfaction through rigorous technical advice and agile resolution of incidents. **Your Responsibilities:** **Customization Program Management (Pre-sales):** Provide technical advisory support to buyers of new-build homes regarding selection of finishes, materials, and optional improvement packages, adapting options to the project’s technical feasibility. **Improvement Control and Budgeting:** Prepare, economically evaluate, and process customer-requested improvement proposals. Coordinate with the site and procurement teams to assess feasibility, costs, and execution timelines for such changes. **On-site Monitoring:** Supervise and verify on-site that approved customizations and improvements are being executed correctly and meeting required quality standards prior to handover. **Handover and Pre\-handover Documentation Management:** Accompany property owners during courtesy visits prior to key handover, identifying potential touch-ups and managing the property acceptance certificate. **Post-sales Service:** Lead post-sales support for the development. Receive, assess, and categorize user complaints or incidents following handover, coordinating efficiently with technical teams and subcontractors to carry out necessary repairs within established timeframes. **What profile are we looking for?** **Education:** Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Building Construction, Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering or Superior Architecture.
