Delivery Driver

Description

We are seeking a truck driver to carry out beverage delivery and distribution tasks in the Vallès Oriental area, primarily serving bars, restaurants, and businesses in Mollet del Vallès. The working hours are intensive morning shifts from Monday to Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m., with the workday ending between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. The assigned route is fixed, allowing for thorough familiarity with the area and customers, thereby facilitating daily operations. Daily responsibilities include driving the vehicle, loading and unloading goods with the assistance of pallet jacks, and organizing deliveries efficiently. Cash collection for orders must also be managed responsibly, including proper handling of money and end-of-day reconciliation. The person in this role serves as the visible representative during each delivery, ensuring products arrive in good condition and on time. The job is dynamic and requires constant physical activity. An initial contract is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after a three-month probationary period. Remuneration is hourly, compliant with applicable regulations, and includes performance-based incentives and bonuses tied to the number of cases delivered.
