**Description:** ---------------- **ABD** requires a **Building Concierge** for residential facilities with services for elderly people located in **Sant Andreu**. These residential facilities with services are rental apartment developments by the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation (IMHAB), aimed at providing elderly residents of Barcelona with adapted, safe, comfortable housing integrated into the community, offering the support they need. Services include concierge, telecare, auxiliary geriatric therapies, cleaning assistance, and personal support. They are intended for individuals aged 65 or older who do not own their own housing and who independently carry out daily activities. The tasks involved are: * Answering telephone calls * Monitoring and managing internal alarm systems * Notifying emergency response teams (TF) upon alarm activation * Supervising access points and performing porter duties * Reporting equipment malfunctions and transferring relevant information to facility management * Monitoring and recording utility meter readings for residential units * Recording and tracking resident well-being **We offer** * Temporary contract due to sick leave (IT) * Part-time schedule of 37 hours per week, with the following working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Approximate gross monthly salary of 1\.130 euros paid in 14 installments **Requirements:** --------------- Experience in concierge work and in caring for elderly people will be valued.
