As a managerial support person, your duties include: * Customer guidance: ensuring the team correctly guides and serves customers. * Supporting achievement of sales targets by identifying and optimizing sales opportunities. Ensuring KPI tracking and analysis, providing continuous feedback to your Store Manager. * Support in Marketing and Visual Merchandising. * People and Team: overseeing team training, motivation, and performance follow\-up. * Ensuring daily sales floor priorities are met.
