**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
The position will be located at the Remote Care Center. Daily attention to patients at their homes, in clinics, or via telephone to deliver various services—including discharge, equipment review, incident resolution, and equipment retrieval—ensuring personalized and specialized care, informing patients and their families, and verifying their understanding of the information provided, in accordance with AL Group procedures. Guarantor that clinical processes are carried out following the company’s quality standards and applying both current legislation and internal regulations to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery. Technical and clinical reference for Technicians and Clinical Support Staff. Expert clinical liaison with local prescribers to provide distinctive clinical, commercial, and supportive assistance within the delegation. Coordination of clinical projects and care for complex patients eligible for any TRD.
Given the remote care setting, a significant portion of the role involves telematic follow-up of complex cases.
* Contact the patient or their family.
* Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment and consumable accessories to be used, as well as related safety, hygiene, and maintenance aspects.
* Provide the patient and their family with educational, audiovisual, digital, and/or printed materials regarding their therapy, equipment, and other installed materials, ensuring the patient’s and/or caregiver’s full understanding.
* If necessary, provide daily home visits to patients to deliver various services—including discharge, incident response, equipment review, and equipment retrieval—ensuring personalized and specialized care according to the detailed operational protocols of the Air Liquide Group for each procedure, which are mandatory.
* Notify the relevant responsible person (Clinical Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Staff) of therapeutic compliance, detected anomalies, equipment removals, and malfunctions.
* Compliance with workplace tool usage policies.
* Adherence to current work procedures.
* Use of job-related equipment and systems to execute and coordinate tasks.
* Clinical and technical reference for patient-facing staff when resolving clinical and technical queries.
* If necessary, monitor home-based care delivery in accordance with company-established clinical procedures and instructions.
* Monitor and track care delivery for critical or fragile patients (training, ERP identification, stock requirements, etc.).
* If required, accompany staff during home visits to patients, following instructions from the Regional Clinical Manager.
* Identify and report incidents occurring with patients.
* Provide technical and clinical support to prescribers in the assigned area, together with the Clinical Manager / Delegation Director / Commercial Manager, to inform and train them on new therapies, services, and treatment follow-up, adherence, or incidents with the prescribing physician.
* Manage special care plans for highly complex patients, including home and/or clinic visits whenever necessary, in line with AL Group protocols.
* Comply with and promote compliance with safety, quality, and IMS policies and standards in clinical activities.
* Comply with and promote compliance with workplace tool usage policies.
* Execute and supervise clinical projects, participate in conferences, and engage in scientific activities.
* Perform analysis of polygraphy records and issue test result reports, if holding FESMES-accredited qualification.
