




Administrative management position for a company in the trading sector. Main tasks will include drafting, filing, and reviewing documents, especially invoices, receipts, and delivery notes. Responsibilities will also cover managing activities related to product purchasing and sales, as well as handling telephone calls. Proficiency with computer tools such as Excel and Word is required. For this position, a Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance is required. Prior experience of at least 12 months in similar administrative roles will be positively valued. In addition, a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday with split shifts. Salary conditions will comply with those established by the industry collective agreement, with potential for additional allowances.
