




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in office management, billing, and basic accounting, valuing proactivity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Main responsibilities will include office management and administration, as well as handling computer tools. Solid knowledge of billing and basic accounting is required. A Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance or a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) is mandatory. Additionally, at least 12 months of prior work experience in similar positions and a valid Type B driver's license are required. A strong willingness to work in a team and a proactive attitude with eagerness to acquire new knowledge will be positively valued. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract, and a full-time working schedule. Immediate incorporation is required.
