




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and well-organized administrative assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support, correspondence management, and communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive support for daily office administration. 2. Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, and receive visitors. 3. Participate in billing processes and issuance of delivery notes. We seek a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to join our administrative team in Madrid, specifically in the Villaverde area. The primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support for daily office administration, ensuring seamless information flow and consistently smooth and effective internal and external communication. Among the responsibilities, all correspondence—both physical and digital—will be managed; phone calls will be answered; and visitors and clients will be received. Maintaining professional and consistent communication with suppliers—coordinating material deliveries and service provision—will be crucial. Additionally, important documentation will be organized and archived, ensuring easy access and strict confidentiality. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required for report creation and database management. Participation in billing processes, issuance of delivery notes, and resolution of any issues that may arise will constitute a core part of daily responsibilities, directly contributing to departmental efficiency. Knowledge of Italian is highly valued, as interaction with clients in this language—via telephone and email—will facilitate business relationships and expand our reach. Training in administration or accounting is also desirable. Temporary part-time contract. Residence near Villaverde and availability of a personal vehicle for travel are required. Knowledge of Italian for client communication is valued. Relevant training in administrative assistance, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
