We are currently seeking to hire a General Administrative Staff member for our AFANIAS Pozuelo Occupational Center — an organized, solution-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to join a team dedicated to caring for and supporting people and their families.
What will be your mission?
You will serve as the primary contact for administrative management at the center, ensuring the proper functioning of administrative processes and providing close, professional support to users, families, professionals, and collaborators.
What will you do on a daily basis?
Manage administrative processes related to user enrollments, withdrawals, and data updates.
Handle billing, collections, and administrative documentation, including tracking and follow-up.
Maintain petty cash control and reconciliation, as well as record and track center expenses.
Process and manage administrative incidents related to staff.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, delivering effective and approachable service.
Provide support and assistance to families, facilitating information and guidance regarding necessary administrative procedures.
Manage documentation, archiving, and databases, ensuring accurate updating and secure storage of information.
Collaborate with various center teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in improving and digitizing administrative processes.
What are we looking for?
Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in general administrative roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Fluent use of digital tools, management applications, and databases.
A digitally native individual, comfortable adapting to new technological tools and processes.
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining order and planning.
Communication skills, active listening, and a friendly manner.
Assertive, solution-oriented profile with strong teamwork capabilities.
Disciplined, responsible, and proactive individual.
Social sensitivity and commitment to people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Work permit valid in Spain.
