




We are looking for a person for an administrative assistant position in the automotive sector. The main tasks include customer service, both in person and by phone, to answer questions and provide information. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets and delivery notes, important documents for sales management and inventory control. They will also be in charge of ordering necessary materials for daily operations. For this position, previous experience as an administrative assistant and in customer service is required. A medium level of English is important to communicate with international clients or suppliers. We offer an indefinite part-time contract, working afternoons from Monday to Friday. The salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
