




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational management in a dynamic and digital environment. Key Highlights: 1. We seek to hire an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused **Administrative Assistant** to support daily administrative and operational management at our offices in Móstoles. **What will you do?** * Physical and digital document management: files, procurement and sales records, among others. * Auxiliary treasury operations: preparation and tracking of receivables and payments, as well as monitoring of financial transactions. * Support in creditor management and general services. * Assistance with basic accounting tasks. * Occasional preparation of documents, reports, and summaries. * Telephone support and email management. * Updating data in ERP/CRM systems. * Calendar management and general administrative support. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Technician in Administrative Management or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in administrative functions is desirable, especially in document management and record updating. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Basic knowledge of accounting and auxiliary treasury operations. * Basic skills with ERP/CRM tools and AI applications. * Basic knowledge of e-commerce and marketplaces. * High proficiency in Spanish and basic English with administrative and/or commercial vocabulary. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Good communication skills and ability to adapt digitally. * Confidentiality when handling sensitive information. * Capacity for continuous learning. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a professional team. * A dynamic and growing environment. * A positive work environment. **Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule. * On-site work in Móstoles (Madrid). * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:30; Friday, 09:00–15:00.
