Organization, responsibility, and communication skills. We are a company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of filtration systems for the glass industry. We seek to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to management in day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities (Basic Tasks): Calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic documentation preparation. Handling and screening phone calls, emails, and internal communications. Filing, digitization, and organization of documents. Support in preparing budgets. Tracking pending tasks and reminders for management. Information gathering. Occasional support in logistics, procurement, or administration as needed. Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth information flow. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Administrative training or equivalent. Prior experience in administrative support or coordination tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Organization, responsibility, and communication skills. Proactivity and willingness to learn. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Own vehicle required * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '730' to '900' * Additional relevant information: Working hours from 08:00 \- 12:00 or from 09:00 \- 13:00 (to be agreed with the company).
