Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to collaborate in the creation, layout, and audiovisual production of eLearning content within a new training department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the creation and layout of AI-powered eLearning content. 2. Participate in the audiovisual production of training materials. 3. Support the continuous improvement of the learning experience. Prior experience is not required—what we need most is great attitude! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Collaborate in the creation and layout of eLearning content using authoring tools and AI-based solutions. * Participate in the audiovisual production of training materials: video recording, editing, and photography. * Provide support in managing the Virtual Campus, including content uploads, enrollments, and activity configuration. * Support the continuous improvement of the learning experience by proposing new, more dynamic and interactive formats and ideas. * Work alongside the Training Team in developing educational and internal upskilling projects. **Who are we looking for?** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields. * Eligibility to sign a university or academic institution internship agreement. * Interest in digital training, technology, and educational innovation. * Basic knowledge of video and image editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar). * Curiosity about learning new eLearning platforms and tools. * Creative, organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute fresh ideas. **What can we offer you?** * A 6-month internship agreement. * Financial support for studies. * A young and dynamic work environment. * Full-time schedule. * Exclusive employee discounts.
