Job Summary: A professional in social education providing comprehensive support and educational intervention during young people's transition to independent living. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educational intervention and comprehensive support for young people. 2. Responsibility in educational and community activities. 3. Commitment to the project and teamwork. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ Ability to adapt to change and continuous improvement. Problem-solving and de-escalation skills. Commitment to the project. Teamwork. Valid driver’s license. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- The Social Educator will perform the following duties: * Educational intervention and comprehensive support during the transition to independent living for service users, as well as their inclusion in their local environment. Involving the young person in their own educational process. * Individual follow-up of service users through the development of Work Plans and Monitoring Reports. * Providing tutorial support and guidance to the young person or adolescent. * Accompanying the young person or adolescent in required administrative procedures and travel. * Implementing and reviewing the Service’s Educational Project. * Coordination with technical staff from the competent administration. Workplace Characteristics: * Responsibility for educational, community-based, and family-intervention activities with adolescents’ and young people’s families. * Responsibility for the proper functioning of the service.
