Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to carry out pedagogical intervention with users, participate in the development of intervention plans, and monitor their implementation at a center. Key Points: 1. Pedagogical and educational intervention with center users 2. Participation in the development and implementation of intervention plans 3. Modeling behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or official qualification. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies specific to the setting. Ability to model appropriate behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Candidates of the underrepresented gender will be given preference. Certificate of absence of sexual offense convictions required. High motivation for educational work with minors. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- The person appointed to the position of Social Educator will perform the following functions and responsibilities: * Carry out pedagogical and educational intervention with center users. * Participate with the Technical Team, under the supervision of Management, in studying and developing the Intervention Plan for each user or group. * Implement the Intervention Plan within the center’s educational project and monitor its execution. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- Rotating shifts. Morning and afternoon shifts **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Additional Conditions:** ---------------- Immediate incorporation.
